The Paris, NYC’s iconic, longest-running arthouse theater and Manhattan’s sole single-screen cinema, can now provide the city’s best cinematic presentation with our newly installed Dolby Atmos sound. With over 500 seats, the Paris is now the largest Atmos cinema in Manhattan.
With BIG & LOUD, we’re matching that premiere presentation with a slate of our favorite movies: the ones that can provide a transcendent experience for viewers in an immersive theatrical environment. Presenting 70mm (for the first time in 15 years), Atmos-mixed features and films about the sonically-obsessed, we’re excited to show off the unique capabilities of our new Dolby Atmos sound system. “Left & Right” isn’t enough for the biggest movies, as Atmos’ unique soundscape technology provides film artists the ability to shape cinemagoers’ experience by placing sounds anywhere in the auditorium.
