Hosted by the arts nonprofit Frameline, the 48th San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival (Frameline48) is the oldest and longest-running LGBTQ+ film festival in the world. Curated from over 1,600 submissions and invitations, the Frameline48 slate will screen from June 19–29 in theaters and iconic venues across the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Roxie Theater, the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre, the Herbst Theatre, the Vogue Theatre, The New Parkway Theater, and more. California's largest film exhibition of the year, Frameline48 features a dynamic collection of LGBTQ+ films crafted by ground-breaking queer and trans artists.
