From January 10–February 28, FIAF presents a CinèSalon series of eight French musical comedies. Ranging from the classic to the contemporary, the fantastical to the brooding, there’s something for everyone!
The series includes musicals from some of the greatest directors including Jacques Demy, Alain Renais and Chantal Ackerman. Enjoy the enchanted Donkey Skin starring Catherine Deneuve, Chantal Ackerman’s exuberant Golden Eighties, a musical that croons about feminism and consumerism, and Christophe Honoré’s romantic Beloved, with an all-star cast including Louis Garrel.
