As a way to conjure the reported FINAL DESTINATION 6 into existence, we’re spending Late Rounds in March revisiting supposed “final” entries into horror franchises – movies that proclaimed themselves to be the end, and yet sequels and remakes followed.
Starting with FREDDY’S DEAD: THE FINAL NIGHTMARE on 35mm, which has a special 3D finale, the series also includes the not-really “Final” Chapters of FRIDAY THE 13TH and RESIDENT EVIL, and although we consider all in the series fair game, we’re going with FINAL DESTINATION 5 because it’s just better than THE FINAL DESTINATION!
